JPS conversion, if required, should happen after the GSEs are up listed in NYSE. True price will be reflected, given the GSEs have a combined earnings of $20B.

I hold both Commons & JPS.

Does anyone know whether JPS is counted as CET1 ? If yes, I don’t see the conversion necessary.
