From another OTC I'm following getting custodianship might not be that big of a catalyst for SP as some thinks. It didn't do much for KAVL (UCRP). This post https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=141682746 was thinking the news would push the SP to $1 but it wasn't until two years later that it did and it was due to having a great first 10Q. Hopefully I'm just being pessimistic but just wanted to provide real life anecdotal example so that people won't get too disappointed if the SP doesn't take off because of this.
