There are two other tiers of creditors below that before equity.
So now we are down to conspiracy theories, hidden value, a corrupt process, a corrupt court, a corrupt company, malfeasance, whatever or any number of other EXCUSES or rationalizations to avoid the reality of what is actually happening.
Take tomorrow for example.:.there is some belief expressed that it will be some key moment or “reveal” or whatever.
There won’t be.
This will just continue to march towards its conclusion which will end up with the cancellation of the existing equity of the company.
No idea how long that will take...and it will continue to trade in the meantime.
