Enterprise rumored to be without revenue due to shut-down cryptocurrency miners.

TNW Networks and TNW Wireless both abysmal failures without revenue now.

On top of these troubles is the still open CCAA Proceedings ($47M bankruptcy) which has gutted the enterprise of assets and employees.

Nothing left but a mountain of legal expenses and potential charges against Mr. Benoit Laliberte. Seems like he failed to remit employee payroll deductions to the CRA totaling over $1M.

Then there's the boneheaded e-mail Mr. Laliberte wrote threatening an Officer of the Court. Be interesting to see if that results in criminal charges.
