It's funny how not one of the future millionaire holders of BIOA stock won't invest a few hundred bucks on a trip to Delaware Court to see for themselves. I guess reading snippets from anything BIOA is good enough until the 9/29 and 10/22 dates pass and the new set of excuses begin.

Simple solution head on down to the Delaware Bankruptcy Clerks office and check it out for yourself.
Anyone who is not BioAmber might want any sensitive info removed from all to see BUT it can always be viewed in it’s original state in person so nothing is really being hidden except from online viewing.
Soon we will start to see the new excuse why good things will never ever come. I can’t wait to see how a new excuse is fabricated it should be fun
