Not sure how far or long this runs but it is true, a major note holder has converted 15 million dollars in notes (current overall debt, along with annual interest payments, has now been reduced by 55%) to shares at a conversion price of $1.50 / share. I am trying to figure what might be behind this move. Might that revelation come in the next few weeks or months. We shall see.
