Fauci says we may not get back to our normal lives until the end of 2021 (Personally I think he is wrong based on the data from NY).

If he is right, in order to maintain even the bear essential supply chains, testing and or vaccination verification will be necessary.

Else where, there is no indication that once COVID is behind us that Amtron will not resume construction of Tech City and will be utilizing the two reactors they PURCHASED from QMC.
