If anybody looked at the financials and did due diligence they would see 6 million in liabilities and 103K in losses to operating expenses in the last year.

Why would he need funding? LOL

He blames race, I blame poor character, poor business practices, instability, inconsistency and poor follow through and selective communication.

I have tried for 10 years to tell him to get his act together. I have warned him about the reputation he was building and how important it was.

Poor business Ed...it is not about race, like you are trying so hard to "imply". Lou Gossett, Danny Glover, Oprah Winfrey, Barack and Michelle Obama and a myriad of athletes in all fields. They have all excelled because of their skill and talent and willingness to work. Nobody cared about the color of their skin. If you had the same success track record as they and millions of others, including successful friends of mine, you would be counting your money and enjoying life, not pedaling BS and trying to blame others for your failures.

I told you in the past it is character and a track record of consistently growing successful ventures that will make it for you. Your politics, racism and character are not going to make your company "work". Patsies and token positions don't last. Good business works!
