My fellow investors,

I'm inquiring regarding the possible outcome(s) of the upcoming POR come November. What are or could be those possibilities? Starting with least to most favorable.

1. Marquee does not honor, keep or hold current DESTQ stocks at all? They can simple cancel those stocks if I'm not mistaken? they could've simple cancelled back in Feb. when POR was 1st due. I don't believe that's the case because they could've just simple filed the POR and went about their business with no regard to common share holders? Does this sound correct? The best situation if this occurs would be a tax write off?

2. Marquee tends to honor the common stock and pay FMV and simple payoff the 14m shares it has under the DESTQ symbol? Unsure what FMV would look like but of course it is dependent of average share amount?

3. Marquee simple drops the Q from DEST allowing to return to normal trading? If thats the case, will the other brands that fall under Marquee trade within the DEST symbol? That doesnt sound correct?

4. Does Marquee actually do a reverse merger rolling all the brands under one umbrella, change ticker symbol and simple reissue 14m under that new symbol? Is it possible that they could issue additional stock under that new symbol?

I understand that Destination Maternity is suppose to keep 51% of stock majority and that the way Marquee gets to utilize the millions of tax incentives moving forward...unsure how that works(per say). These are all situations that can or could occur(or at least what I think can happen)....I would like some good solid insight if what I'm seeing and saying is semi correct or completely off base? Anyone with better knowledge or something I maybe missing or over looking....it would be greatly appreciated any additional outside eyes and/or inside knowledge to help with my nerves. This was actually the 1st stock I bought when getting into trading come Oct. last year HAHAHA!! the day I bought it was the same day they declared bankrupcy!!! Good luck to all who have been waiting patiently for what we hope is a positive POR outcome!!
