Drug, one has to assume that the CEO is doing what’s in the best interest of the company.

Can you name a time he has diluted? Or done anything that hurts shareholders like take on toxic debt or raised the authorized shares?

Let’s give him the benefit of the doubt on this venture. His track record with the company is impeccable.
