Timeteo. My comment was to make a point. Too many theories on Medtronic buyout. No factual information whatsoever. I have tried to get this answer by asking it in different ways. Finally I get the answer from you that everybody needs to here. There is ZERO documentation or fact that Medtronic is buying us out. Speculation but no factual information. Randall emailed me to tell me it was not Medtronic. It could have been a subsidiary of Medtronic but that is pure speculation!

Adrock. I reached a point where I was tired of the theories with zero proof. Nobody wants to face the fact that there is nothing to prove Medtronic is buying us.

Livendi. My only thought on a reverse split is here we go again. PPS tanking. I think you may have hit the nail on the head. It makes a bit more sense now. Posture like you are going it alone! Brilliant. I still think we ALL vote no to the reverse split! It's okay if McNally thinks he can get more but if he DOES NOT have the support of his shareholders, he may get the deal done sooner.
