No need for a petition. Vote NO on the reverse split. It will force disclosure. It may force Medtronic and Titan to do a little more talking if there is any truth to a buyout. Even at a billion dollars it gives each shareholder at around $8.30 per share. I would take it just to be done with the management of this company.
