Penny.....I normally don’t have time to watch the stock trade, but this week I did and it was painfully frustrating. Complete and total MM manipulation, which is part of the game when you invest in penny stocks. I accept that. But what these MM’s did yesterday was CRIMINAL.

They held our price back when we had the buy volume to have moved the price up into the 0.60’s. I say that because the volume yesterday was only mid to upper 3 mill share range as news broke about the Dr. Javitt CEO Roundtable Interview. And the volume only accelerated the remainder of the day as the news spread.

After holding our price hostage at 0.558, once they finally let it move up, in less than 1 minute and in just 4 trades they sold more than 700k shares right at the ask of 0.57 which I would have expected to be followed by a further move UP in the PPS. But no. They immediately moved the price down, leaving me both angered and disappointed with only a 0.554 close.

I watch the Level II on TD Ameritrade and I use the free TRADES link on IHUB. The Level II is real time but the TRADES link is 15 min delayed. So yesterday after I saw the volume jump by hundreds of thousands of shares in a matter of seconds, I had to watch the trades as they were reported from 4-4:15pm to catch those 4 clock trades at 0.57 totaling more than 700k shares.
