People are forgeting that many republican US senators are planning on joining with the Senate Dems (60+) to use the procedural rules of the Senate to force Mitch Mcconnell to bring the Cannabis descheduling bill to the Senate Floor and force a vote on it. Alot of support on both sides of the Aisle.

Trump has also already indicated he would sign such a bill to decriminalize once it reaches it desk for his signature.
