Once EWLL addresses the mid-August P&D, this will have a chance if they run it using EWLL and not some other company that the ex-CEO bailed to to avoid this mess. The P&D culprits left with all EWLL and the share holders money and now remaining bag holders have no faith in the company as they lose intrest and sell for 70-80% losses.

Once they explain how and who absconded with all share holders funds, they can once again build confidence.
