As I said yesterday, I couldn't find anything that would qualify the license holder to run a MMJ lab which would seem rather essential for the selection committee. So I speculated that he was a front man for H360. However, Todd Scattini also lives in Missouri so if there was a residency requirement then why didn't Todd just apply?

Regardless, as always nothing will happen until someone raises some damm MONEY. It didn't happen with Josh's AMS or Michigan Plant Technologies/ Emerald Triangle/ Trowbridge & Sildoti "Triple net lease" MMJ grow facilities, Quality Green (did they ever pay back that $25k deposit?), or Cann10 --not to mention Hemp infused Vodka, blockchain, Oricann lighting, Cannabis Clean, Eltron Research.

The only good thing is that, because of Covid-19, at least they're not pissing away more money traveling around to more conferences and coventions.
