I suppose we could all debate the many points raised in this wonderful judgement against Codelco this weekend, but I prefer instead to hear how our MSB_SpA CEO now interprets this news surely affecting quite soon (rather than quite later) our stalled lithium project in Maricunga.

Dear Crystalballs, Early this coming week would you be so kind as to describe our new revised MSB_SpA plan to begin "boots-on-the-ground" production mining in Maricunga along with your revised schedule?

PS, If Vivian Wu was our CEO I would bet you plenty that she would have a new revised plan (ie THE New Plan of Attack) in the hands of us shareholders before September 18... four precious days ahead of September 22 Battery Day.
