It maybe as simple as no one willing to sell under .002 a share. If there is no sellers the Market Maker has to move the ask till he finds a seller. With a spread like this you are right, very fragile. But it doesn't appear to be any sellers under .002 a share. Thats a good thing for us.

In my opinion shareholders should wait for after the arbitration to see what happens. Whats 3 more weeks, or less. Like I have always said, you need patience. Oh wait, that was DL who always said that. Let's take her advice for at least 3 more weeks.
