Sent this to the company just now.

Good evening.

Per subject line.

If patent has NOT been denied it is imperative to issue an immediate letter to shareholders stating this. It will IMMEDIATELY restore confidence in the stock and it will stabilize.

It doe not even have to be a press release (although it would be more helpful) just put it out on your website stating such and give as much relevant and up to date info as you can.

If you do not do this the stock will continue to suffer and shareholders will panic and your company will lose all credibility.
