The Company doesn't agree....from the latest PR...the ink's still wet:
"The company plans on completing oral toxicology studies and changing the dosing to an oral formulation (tablet or capsule), subject to available financial resources."

And look at those last 5 words. Where have I heard those before?

I'm not questioning the truth of what the Company is saying. I just don't understand it. Quit whining and explain it.
