Scared buyers and peeps (unrealistically/apparently) expecting a $100 million dollar joint venture??

Mr. Laken clearly laid out the expectations and the $$ amounts.

What was presented was only a surprise to the uninformed and those incapable to read what was clearly laid out.
Apparently, I don't understand the nature of the beast. Good news is reason to crash a stock?
