I bought the Stihl battery operated one hand chainsaw off of Instagram on August 16, 2020 & it was from JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOG LIMITED CO. on PAYPAL. It showed the above Seller & I had to Open a Case against them trying to get my money back. They finally sent PayPal the item had been sent & gave PayPal the ChinaPost Tracking number. The Post Office here told me that the Tracking number was for another item that was sent a few blocks away from my house. I Opened PayPal today & PayPal changed the name of said company to FRICTION TECHNOLOGY CO.
Today I Opened PayPal to tell then what I discovered & they closed the Resolution Case & would not even talk to me about it. I tried calling & got to the part of asking to speak to an Agent & PayPal wanted to know what it was it about my Closed Resolution Case & I said yes. PayPal hung up me on the call. I called my Attorney General in my state & they just called & i'm going to File a Complaint against PayPal. I'm also going to File a Complaint against Instagram for allowing Scammers on Instagram to Sell.
