If our majority shareholder(s) are legal residents of California, seems to me the proposed California wealth tax would be concerning.
Personally, if it were me, I'd be looking to tie up all loose ends to move to all cash before the elections.Even residents who flee...move out of California, are liable for the taxes for 10 years after they relocate
