Imagine I’m the CEO of a company

I also have a holding company. Let’s call it 2323EJ

My holding company buys a bunch of patents ( undisclosed) amount).

My holding company then sells the patents to company that I’m CEO of

I sell them for 300,000,000 shares.

How were the patents valued - who knows - I choose not to say.

What I do know is I just diluted my company that I’m the CEO of by 300,000,000 shares

Illegal - nope

Sucks for shareholders - yes.

As CEO, I would have some explaining to do but I will not address investors live so screw them.

This was made up of course - just a story.

Oh yeah - my 300,000,000 shares. I only need a dime above strike price to walk away with 30,000,000.

Even Gordon Gekko would love this deal.
