When the big boys in the global jv partnership consortium grant CLX the green light to file the damn DA.

It's clearly far more relevant to unleash lots of VALUE first, then have them grant CLX the green light to file the DA, so that all the pending explosive value unleashed shows up on the accompanying fully audited fins that get filed with the merger closing DA
