- Broadridge has sent all voting letters out on 9/9/2020, (to people with 30.000 shares or more).
- Start Checking your mail for this important vote.
- READ the letter and understand everything before voting, its explained well.
- VOTE your shares, the form has your share count on it, and the kind of account.
"Vote YES to Remove Richard Wade"
- If you have Multiple accts you may be getting Multiple letters, Jon was not sure about this so be prepared to vote for each acct you have.
- Sign it.
- Send it back.
