Expresses the real tragedy of USA current situation.
Exactly what I find most frustrating and maddening.

The 15 phones, why worry about federal penalties, if no one brings charges?
Take any number of other things you've heard about. In your heart, you know the things happened but no one is charged and tried, much less, convicted.

I have some understanding of the complexities of building a case, finding real proof, but ...
This has been going on for several decades without consequence.
