Laura was hired to provide NNRX day to day tangible results and directed feedback for the efficiency of operations.

Responsible for risk management. Her eye to organizational and operational structure was to provide maturity required for the long-term success of NNRX.

What success were they talking about back then ? The joint project NNRX soon after embarked on with CA Finest !!! (seed-to-sale-to-product company was NNRX's goal)

Did she succeed ? Maybe NO !

What happened? Something was "not met in the Terms of the Agreement" that could not meet the delivery obligation. Does Laura Riffel care to explain her managing this risk before everything imploded and NNRX soon after had to post the liability on their books?

I think her departure may have had something to do with this. But I could be wrong.

NNRX is a small operator with lots of risk in doing business day to day.
