At the very least, the 2097s would have to be given shares of the new company. You cant just 'erase' debt like you can with common equity. It doesnt work like that. The UCC could force a chapter 7 IF wormberg tries that con game.
Right now at .5555 they are priced at a less than 2% recovery. I still say thats laughable, and they will do better than that once this sham ends.
