Looks like our new owners are still awaiting the Delaware court ruling on passing this from Ben to them... not a big deal... court calendars are always book in full and this is as it has been in the past a long drawn out process... I have been in many Reverse Mergers and they have all taken longer then anyone would have thought.

I am sure our new owners are working on everything they need to and when they get the ok from Delaware we will see a flood of news.... mean time I and I am sure others will just continue to buy the dips..

There have been no updates from the courts on our petitions in Delaware. Our attorney is checking weekly.
