You're right, his post makes no sense. This is a custodial, a shell. They are court ordered to keep the interests of the shareholder in mind at all times. There will be staus checks by the judge and if they screw around, they lose the shell. Obviously some here are not familiar with the process. It is now the intent of the ceo to clean up the shell for a RM. Any talk of a p&d is ridiculous.
