I'm not sure of what you are saying. Falicy the cat buying shares? Cat with money, lol! Since you mention halt, I can possibly perceive that happening when we have a nice parabolic move up for only about 5 minutes or so while the SEC just verifies big c19 news was for real. At Day of Dollar One, I don't think any halt would happen yet because one to two dollar is a pretty nice and perceivable standard for NOVN for sure. I am definitely to enjoy this nice move to dollars as well!
