you can still get that divvy even if the merger falls through. they'll just be worthless c shares however.

exactly...nothing has been delivered even though this co has been promising a merger for months on end...with delay after delay.

maybe that JG fellow is mostly hat with very few cattle if he can't deliver this despite his "holdings"
