The WeChat account is still active and posting, still under the name of JBZY and still in regards to updates to the swapping station and whatever Han and team have been doing on the back end. It's a very broken communications method, but at least they are still posting.
Regardless of Wang's dealings with potential lawsuits, I cannot see that a man that has that large of a company net wouldn't have some sort of contingency plan for someone to continue business (lets say a board or something) in the event that something happens. This man is involved in so many ventures, so he cannot be holding everything together himself. I think its a bit silly to think of Wang's direct involvement of JBZY other than a cash flow and potential support for business launch.
Han is still being invited to high profile events to talk about the EV industry and learn about government requirements. He's clearly still working while all this Wang stuff was going on, so it's obvious that JBZY can still function without Wang's direct involvement.
