Much more than that-unless they Show revenue from these announced African contracts they will have to answer to investors THIS time
Too much precedent here with hollow multimillion dollar contracts that never materialize while institutions like Maxim get rich on manipulation of stock around the announcements
I think many investors will go down swinging this time
And BIO-key Board with a duty to long term investors take note
