interesting, originally Remo had a deal to let it go to current management.....current management was to create shareholder value along with creating value for Remo (for letting it go)

Now it looks like Remo is effort-ing to hijack it back.....

Most likely because current management failed to deliver....

The last few runs to a penny were successful under Remo, this last run was on the hopes that current management could deliver... which they did not deliver the goods here...

This S/S is ripe to run hard, just needs the right catalyst.... Remo has delivered on multiple runs in the past... perhaps another one is brewing....
