Note first line item: SHL Liquidation Basis Financial Statements as of June 30, 2020
Good details within on status/description of current state of business and remaining assets.

Lots of warnings that things, "...might not happen within the allotted time frame of the liquidation...." due to COVID and ongoing lawsuits, etc, etc. yada, yada....


For those wondering what is going on - this is a good document read.
