What a reminder of a bad investment. Would probably have enough left for toilet paper as well!

The problem is BAYP is like the other 99% of Microcraps. They come into the market spewing the impossible dream. Traders make a few coins if they time it right. The so called investors (e.g. "Long and Strong", "We knows whats we got!", "No evil MM is gonna get my shares!"), are then subjected to a long share dilution (e.g. "gonna ave down", "what a bargain!"). And presto you have a BAYP with an O/S of 13B. That's after a prior R/S.

The only real tragedy is a small forest of trees had to die to create the paper shares.
