Only reason I can think of is they have a inside scoop on the company keeping the current symbol after Q falls off or they know they have time to create a huge run and make a gazillion dollars like BRTXQ ... truth is I hope there is a huge group of traders whether it be on here or in the shadows that would take a bankrupt company from $.0001 to $.05 once a month lol
