Mark, the only thing I can think of, he is trying to score a big positive with Jones. Think about it. JJ said he 'doesnt want speculation.' Definitely NOT his job to worry about where any stock is trading, but since these federal judges can do whatever they want, that doesnt matter.
So if this big pow wow does take place on 9/30, wormberg/debtors certainly wont be able to accuse Niko of illegal pumping.
Oh well, whats done is done. Wouldve been nice if he had just remained silent for now.
