I tend to think this also. This is why I'm pretty sure SM and DT had financial advisors and the two banks get involved (MS and I forget the other). Anyone taking anything MC says to heart is naive. He has no idea with almost all the moving parts still in play. SCOTUS will be the wick, and their decision will be the fire to that wick that will make the rest of the events explode.

This is why the stock and pref's are at a stand still. The market hates unknowns and is forward looking. No way to see forward on this until the court gets its butt in gear.

MC is like a person who has spent a large chunk of their life getting a PhD in say engineering, and on finally entering the real working world, at their first job, is tasked with designing the most fuel efficient, least expensive, environmentally friendly, widely accepted automobile ever built.....not gonna happen.
