I agree that it is unfortunate.

Prior to Covid-19 and getting behind in filings, our filings were in check (as you say). We were never late and we have been using this firm for some time. They are a good regional accounting firm.

We are not making excuses. It is what we are dealing with.

The current quarter doesn’t end until 9/30/20. This means we don’t have to wait until a previous period is done to start the current period; this allows us to get back on track with filings.
