Fortunately they are taking this to a share holder vote before it is a done deal. This explains why they are releasing sales numbers in the next couple of days. Also could be they need the capitol for some serious expansion. This might not be such a bad thing. Short term it will sure suck but long term this could be amazing! Obviously they have a major deal they need money for.
