There's a scenario #3 to your hypothesizing:

#3: Steve B told Big D correct information and Big D communicated this to us. However, a delay or delays have occurred. This is almost expected and par for the course as I work in a very corporate biotech. environment....let alone doing so in Nigeria with headquarters in New Jersey. I imagine operations in Nigeria aren't nearly as fluidic as those found in an American system.

The problem with some people's inability to step away from the freaking computer and their need to watch every tick...and Imean EVERY dam tick and the need to document or PR if Dr. Pandey farts is what cause this frustration. You read these messages boards as if it was a bible and a source of proven fact. And you watch them everyday, probably refreshing your computer every minute in hopes for a new and profound post. In doing so people tend to lose touch with a more realistic timetable.
