Mr. Czarnecki has served for seventeen years as a member of the board of directors of State Farm Insurance Company and chairman of its audit committee; member of the board of directors of State Farm Bank and State Farm Fire & Casualty.

A guy with this resume is not going to rush the 10-K just to get it done. I would rather he take his time and do it right.
