1) is drug on hand a requirement for IND?
2) would cdmo selection be necessary for drug availability?
3) does cro selection need to be made prior to ind for trial design?
4) does hospital procurement need to be ready if you are looking to expedite into human trials

There is a potential explosive PR, but what's potential if you feel it's all a scam to begin with? I agree that early September suggests the 1st third of the month (which ends this week)
