Speculators are placing wild bets that someday, eventually, this shell will become something.
I don't play that game, but I've heard it pays off occasionally (rarely).
If I wanna pick up empty shells, I'll go down to the beach.
BTW, I don't agree there's been "so much action."
This is the 3-month chart. There's only been a few days with higher volume.
My guess is it was someone hoping to spark excitement and cause a run so they can dump those .0001s at 3-5x their purchase price.
