As the tie in between these two is with the SEC COMPLAINT and the tangential portfolios belonging to...............Barry Epling, a HEMP INC operative.


My posts of 2015, 2016 directly referenced Epling, Ferris Holdings, GREAT NECK NEW YORK, the BDPT scam, its all ties together LIBE, VAPE, HEMP (all mentioned by the SEC as beneficiaries of FIFE'S money. All of which were former Hemp's Community Of Companies, imagine that. (there are more)

The co-conspirators Perlowin and FIFE have come Full Circle.

The SEC sure took long enough to unravel the commingled scam, and why even I don't know.
All I can surmise is there is yet an unknown actor even more dubious then these characters, which is a disturbing thought.

But there are plenty of witnesses to the CRIMINAL ACTIVITY to role on its creators.
