Full Retrace of the fibonacci sequence would actually be 65-70% from the high. Who knows in penny land things some times don't act accordingly. I do get a little nervous in investing 200 million market cap OTC that have made such a massive short term move to the upside. I will wait patiently. Low .40's would be a full retrace I would start nibbling in the low .50's
