I could be wrong but I think the same group that ran CIIT and ATMS, just ran EAIN as well. Fits the bill, as an extreme low float shell, and they have all traded pretty similarly, with quick pop and drops, and a lot of dollar volume, out of the blue, in a short amount of time.
